Terms & Conditions — haybaj Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and haybaj ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing haybaj.com, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

haybaj operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, live dealer casino games, slot games, instant games, and related entertainment products. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

haybaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, financial obligations, or account access — registered players will be notified by email to the address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or conditions published elsewhere on haybaj.com, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any specific policy document, the more specific document shall take precedence with respect to the subject matter it addresses.

To access haybaj's betting and casino services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account.

Each individual person may hold only one (1) active haybaj account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where haybaj identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, the following actions may be taken without prior notice:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be voided without compensation.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Real-money balances in duplicate accounts will be consolidated into the original account following identity verification, or returned to the depositing payment method at haybaj's discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. haybaj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify haybaj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. haybaj is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

haybaj reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where registration data is incomplete, inconsistent, or cannot be verified; where the applicant is a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; or where the applicant has previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the platform.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use haybaj. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction is a serious breach of these Terms and constitutes fraud.

haybaj conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as a mandatory step prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at any point during an account's lifetime at haybaj's discretion — for example, following a significant increase in deposit volume, a change in the payment method used, or where fraud or money laundering indicators are present. The KYC process requires the submission of the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. The document must be current (not expired) and must clearly show your full legal name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
2. Proof of Address: A document issued within the past three (3) months that confirms your residential address in Bangladesh. Acceptable documents include a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence from a government body. The document must show your full name and address.
3. Proof of Payment Method: Where withdrawals are requested to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet, haybaj may require confirmation that the registered mobile number belongs to the account holder. This is typically verified by a one-time SMS confirmation to the registered number.

haybaj aims to complete KYC reviews within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving complete documentation. During a pending KYC review, the account remains active for gameplay but withdrawal requests will be held until verification is completed. If KYC verification fails — for example, because the submitted documents cannot be authenticated or the name on the ID does not match the registered account name — haybaj will contact the player with details of the failure and provide a reasonable opportunity to resubmit corrected documentation.

All financial transactions on haybaj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). haybaj operates a single BDT wallet for each account — all deposits, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawals flow through this single balance. There are no separate game-type wallets or currency conversion processes.

Supported deposit methods currently available to Bangladesh players include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), Upay, Visa card, and Mastercard. haybaj does not charge deposit processing fees for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions. Fees applied by your payment provider (if any) are outside haybaj's control and are your responsibility.

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: ৳100 per transaction
• Visa / Mastercard: ৳500 per transaction

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. haybaj does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts — funds may only be returned to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.

haybaj targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts during supported operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. haybaj will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or telecommunications network failures.

haybaj reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, haybaj will notify the account holder within twenty-four (24) hours of the reason for the delay, to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal compliance obligations.

All bets and wagers placed on haybaj are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant product section of haybaj.com. In all cases, haybaj's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on haybaj. Current limits are:

• Sports betting (per selection): minimum ৳50, maximum ৳50,000
• Live casino table games: minimum ৳100, maximum varies by table and provider
• Slot games: minimum ৳20, maximum ৳10,000 per spin
• Instant games and crash titles: minimum ৳20, maximum ৳25,000 per round

haybaj reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice, including imposing individual account-level limits where betting patterns indicate professional or systematic exploitation of market pricing.

Voided bets and cancelled games: haybaj reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the published odds, price, or game parameters; (b) the underlying event was cancelled, abandoned, or ruled invalid under the applicable sporting body's rules; (c) the bet was placed after the event's official result was publicly available (late bets); or (d) there is credible evidence that the event was subject to match-fixing or corrupt activity. In all voiding scenarios, the original stake is returned to the player's BDT wallet.

Prohibited activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited on haybaj and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonuses, and potential forfeiture of winnings:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place wagers
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Exploiting errors in published odds or game configurations (commonly referred to as "palpable errors" or "gnoming")
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format
• Bonus abuse — defined as opening multiple accounts or using any other method to claim the same bonus more than once
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, including professional betting syndicates
• Any activity that haybaj reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to defraud the platform or its payment systems

haybaj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback programmes, and seasonal campaign rewards tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are offered at haybaj's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all haybaj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified on the promotion page. Bonus funds not wagered within the time limit will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%). Virtual sports and instant games contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds are subject to a maximum single-bet stake during the wagering period. Placing a bet that exceeds the stated maximum bonus stake while a wagering requirement is active may result in the voiding of any resulting winnings.
• When a player's account contains both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds are wagered first in all gaming products. Bonus funds are used after the real-money balance has been depleted.
• haybaj reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, players who have already opted in will be notified and any partially met wagering requirement will be treated in accordance with the specific promotion's terms.

Players who are found to be abusing haybaj's bonus system — including by creating multiple accounts, exploiting low-wagering bonus terms through rapid-fire low-risk bets, or employing any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play — will have their bonus balances voided, their accounts suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.

Players may request the closure of their haybaj account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's most recently used verified payment method, after any applicable outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate haybaj's self-exclusion feature directly from their Account Settings. Self-exclusion options range from a minimum of six (6) months to a permanent lifetime exclusion. Once self-exclusion is activated, the account is immediately suspended for all gaming and deposit activity. Withdrawal of any existing real-money balance remains available during a self-exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period. haybaj-initiated suspension: haybaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age
• Violation of the prohibited activities listed in Section 5
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension
• Any other situation in which haybaj determines that continued account access poses an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of its operations

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, haybaj will aim to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome to the account holder within fourteen (14) business days. Real-money funds held in a suspended account remain the property of the account holder pending the outcome of any investigation, unless the investigation reveals fraud or a deliberate breach of these Terms, in which case funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

haybaj provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While haybaj makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, data loss, or security incidents at all times. haybaj expressly excludes liability for any losses arising from:

• Temporary or extended platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other third-party payment provider
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events beyond haybaj's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures
• Game malfunctions caused by software defects in games supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). In the event of a game malfunction, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned
• Decisions made by the player based on information published on haybaj.com that is subsequently found to contain a typographical error or other inaccuracy
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss (including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress) arising from use of the platform

haybaj's total aggregate liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net real-money deposits made by that player to their haybaj account during that same calendar month.

Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint about the haybaj platform, a specific transaction, or a game outcome, you must contact the support team at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. haybaj will acknowledge all formally submitted complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and aims to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving complete information from both parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of fairness, good faith, and the protection of consumer interests. haybaj is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently through direct communication with affected players.
